Righthaus believes West Yorkshire is a great place to live, and our county provides our residents with an abundance of commodities. Our team possesses a variety of regional knowledge and can introduce you to the perfect place to set down roots.

Bailiff Bridge

With a high rate of homeowners, Bailiff bridge is considered to be one of the more affluent areas in West Yorkshire. This suburban village is suited to people of all ages, and those who look to hamper down at home and enjoy the quiet life but still have access to busier towns and cities will be pleased to learn they are just a short drive away.

The Memorial Park is at the centre of the community which accommodates a cenotaph carved from Portland Stone that’s surrounded by beautiful gardens. Bailiff Bridge is known for its attractive outdoor spaces, having achieved a Green Flag Award in 2014/15.

Wibsey

If you’re looking for a thriving community on the outskirts of Bradford, Wibsey may be an ideal location. This busy village boasts a range of local amenities, including: shops, restaurants, pubs, sporting facilities and schools. With a variety of green spaces available on your doorstep, residents can make the most of the outdoors, whether it’s a family picnic in Wibsey Park or a peaceful walk in the woods.

Bradford, Halifax and Haworth town centres are easy to access via Wibsey’s great bus and train links.

Brighouse

Brighouse is a popular residential town on the river Calder that’s within close proximity to Huddersfield, Halifax and Bradford. Amongst its many conveniences are shops, restaurants, banks and building societies, all within easy reach. The residents are particularly proud of their Victorian Christmas, 1940’s weekend and annual music festival.

Huddersfield

Huddersfield is one of the largest towns in West Yorkshire, and is home to many small towns and villages. As well as housing a relatively large population, Huddersfield maintains the balance between residential areas and scenic green spaces, with parts of the Peak District and Marsden Moor Estate contributing to Huddersfield’s attractive leisure areas.

The town has a thriving student population with the recent addition of Huddersfield University, and with a wealth of local conveniences and interesting things to do, it’s popular with families and young people too.
